YXT provides two meeting rooms available for bookings. These meeting rooms are available for booking Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily. After hours, or weekend bookings are by request only. Booking requests can be via email to [email protected]
Our Executive Board room has a seating capacity for 14 people. This room is equipped with full audio and video capabilities, Speakerphone is available upon request (applicable long-distance charges will apply). The Executive Room boasts an 85″ Smart TV with mirror screen capability for presentations.
Our Training room has a seating capacity for 10 people. This room is equipped with full audio and video capabilities, Speakerphone is available on request (applicable long-distance charges will apply).

Meeting Room Rates
Executive Board Room
$250.00 per day (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) + Taxes
$125.00 per half day (up to 4 hours) + Taxes
$900.00 per week (Monday through Friday) + Taxes
Training Room
$100 per day 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (after hours by permission only)
$75.00 per half day (up to 4 hours) + Taxes
$350.00 per week (Monday through Friday) + Taxes
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations – Full rental charge will apply with cancellations of less than 24 hours notice.
