Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found is located at our Info Booth across from our restaurant Chef’s Global Fusion.
We retain lost and found items for a period of 14 days. After this time, unclaimed items will be disposed of appropriately.
- Restricted items, weapons, drugs, and drug paraphernalia will not be retained under any circumstances and will be disposed of immediately or turned over to the appropriate authorities.
- We do not store or hold items for individuals. This includes personal belongings left intentionally or requests to hold items for later pickup.
If you’ve lost something, please contact us as soon as possible at 250-615-9401. Proof of ownership may be required to claim your item.
Questions regarding items left onboard an aircraft must be inquired to the airline directly.
