YXT is committed to being the most reliable, convenient and accessible airport in the Northwest. By improving our runway, terminal , baggage area, and parking lot we aim to bring travellers the best amenities possible for travelling.
In the fall of 2023, airport development plans began to take place with the renovation of the Air Terminal building and the Arrivals Area to add almost 2,000 square feet of space for the arriving passengers. The long-term lot has been paved and provides covered walkways for convenience and comfort to the travelling public.
