Key Drop Service

YXT offers passengers the convenience of leaving their keys at the airport for someone to pick up should they require this service.

$7.00/Daily or $150.00/Monthly

How to Book:

Head to our Security Office located at the info booth across from the restaurant to book in your keys. Contact 250-641-0706 if no one is in the office and they will come to meet you. Limited space available.
Worried about limited space we accept pre-bookings! Please email [email protected] to pre-book your spot!

Government issued ID will be require upon check-in. Assigned combination will be required at retrieval time. Please have this code available in order to retrieve your keys as keys will not be returned without the combination.

YXT is open 90 minutes prior to first flight.

International Travel

Be sure your personal identification and travel documentation meet the requirements set by the customs agency in the country you plan to visit.

Canada Border Services Agency provides Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative information and outlines which travel documents are required for crossing the Canadian border.

Domestic Travel

Important Update: New Transport Canada domestic travel ID requirements

As of June 18, 2007, all travellers aged 12 and over will be required to present at the gate, during boarding, one piece of valid government issued photo ID showing their name, date of birth, and gender. If a valid government issued photo ID is not available, then two pieces of valid government issued non-photo ID will be required, one of which must show their name, date of birth and gender.
